Our purpose in creating this non-profit is to raise money and awareness for pediatric brain cancer, specifically focusing on Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). This foundation is in honor of Olivia Valles, from Whittier, CA, who passed away in December 2024 at the age of 4 after a 15-month battle with DIPG. DIPG is a rare, highly aggressive, and universally fatal brain tumor that primarily affects children, typically between the ages of 5 and 10.
